Refunds and cancelling
Draft. This refund policy is a draft for NOJU's review and isn't in force yet. A lawyer should check it before it is.

Cancelling
Cancel any time from the dashboard, which opens Stripe's billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you've paid for, then your games move to Sandbox. Nothing is deleted: your games, keys and settings stay.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: we don't refund part of a month.
- Yearly plans: if you cancel within 14 days of your first yearly payment, we refund it in full. After that, the plan runs to the end of the year.
- Charged by mistake, or Joinable didn't work for your game? Email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right, usually with a full refund.
[Ghassan: these three rules are a proposal. Confirm or change them.]
Prepaid credit
Credit pays for player-hours beyond your plan. It doesn't expire while your account is open, and it isn't refunded, except under the mistake rule above. [Ghassan: confirm that credit doesn't expire.]
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK
Joinable is a service for developers and businesses. If you buy as a consumer, you may have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days. By starting to use a paid plan straight away, you agree it begins during that period, and a withdrawal is then refunded in proportion to what's left.
How to ask
Email hello@getjoinable.com from your account's address with the date of the charge. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within 5–10 days.
